Jacqueline and Josh’s wedding was super fun to shoot. However, I stressed out a little at the beginning. I typically try to arrive 1-2 hours before my scheduled time so that I can walk through the venue, and make sure that everything is ready to go. When I entered the bridal room, I found that Jacqueline was already in her dress and ready to go, almost 3 hours before the ceremony start-time! No problems, she was just eager to get the wedding started. This all worked out because it gave us more time to do pre-ceremony pix of the bride. The wedding party and family members (on both sides) were all a joy to spend time with and I felt like I had made a roomful of new friends by the end of the evening. The wedding and ceremony were held at the Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula. I’ve photographed weddings at this venue before and, as usual, the staff was a pleasure to work with.
